General
Customers have 24 hours to exchange any damaged or defective items. Refunds are not permitted. A manager may request images or videos from the customer showing the issue. Once the photo or video has been reviewed, if a true manufacturing flaw has been determined, store credit or an exchange pending management approval, will be issued. All non-damaged cannabis product or accessories are final.
Please let one of your friendly bud tenders know when placing your order, or when you receive your confirmation text for any special requests. Please keep in mind we are curbside delivery with exceptions. If you need special assistance or have difficulty walking just let us know, we will gladly accommodate you.
