We currently accept cash only upon delivery.

Is there a minimum delivery?

We have $50 minimum for delivery for all North County. $100 minimum for Valley Center and Fallbrook. Minimum may be different depending on your city. We have a $0 delivery fee.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Our ETA are 30-60 minutes for most cities. Fallbrook and Valley Center are 45-90 minutes. ETA'S may be higher due to high sales traffic.

Can I combine my discounts?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine discounts for any purchase due to our amazing deals.

How will I know when my delivery order is on the way?

You will receive an automated text once your driver is on the way. Respond “Y” or “Yes” to receive live tracking of your driver.

Do I have to be present when the delivery driver arrives?

California law states that we are required to deliver to the patient only. This means the person placing the order must be present with their ID to accept the delivery. No exceptions.

What are your first time patient deal?

All first time patients receive a complimentary goodie bag valued over $50.

Question 9

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Customers have 24 hours to exchange any damaged or defective items. Refunds are not permitted. A manager may request images or videos from the customer showing the issue. Once the photo or video has been reviewed, if a true manufacturing flaw has been determined, store credit or an exchange pending management approval, will be issued. All non-damaged cannabis product or accessories are final.

Please let one of your friendly bud tenders know when placing your order, or when you receive your confirmation text for any special requests. Please keep in mind we are curbside delivery with exceptions. If you need special assistance or have difficulty walking just let us know, we will gladly accommodate you.
